Leeds United fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest social media post from Beren Cross.
This comes after the Leeds journalist shared a post on his official Twitter page revealing that Luton Town manager Nathan Jones had said something in Spanish to Pablo Hernandez that offended the Leeds man after the 1-1 draw between the two teams at Elland Road on Tuesday.
This post from Cross then gathered a lot of replies from Leeds fans who were quick to share their thoughts on the situation.
Here’s a sample of Leeds fans responding to the post:
Apparently Jones has said something in Spanish to Hernandez and he hasn't taken too kindly to it. Orta understood it and didn't like it either. #lufc

During the second half of the match, Leeds fell behind after Luton’s Harry Cornick opened the scoring at Elland Road. However, Leeds full-back Stuart Dallas managed to score the equaliser just 13 minutes later to salvage a point (per BBC Sport).

Should Nathan Jones be punished?
Yes
No
I’ve yet to meet a Jones that could possibly communicate in Spanish. Likelihood is he said “Pablo you are godlike and I wish you were 10years younger “……
Which is exactly what I would have said ??— Chris Jones (@cjjelec) June 30, 2020
Now that Cross has revealed this latest update on the matter, it sparked a big reaction on Twitter with many Leeds fans sharing their thoughts on the clash.
Some Leeds fans were calling for Jones to be given an eight-match ban for the alleged comments towards Hernandez.

It appears that this clash between Jones and Hernandez has caused quite a stir with these Leeds fans, who would no doubt be disappointed to have won just one point in their match against Luton.
The best thing the fans and the team can do now would be to move on from this match and focus on their next fixture to try and win all three points and take a step closer to promotion.
