A lot of Leeds United fans have replied to a tweet from Andy McVeigh as he unveiled his latest work.
The ‘Burley Banksy’, as he is known, spends a lot of his time painting the city of Leeds in Leeds United artwork, and this piece is dedicated to the late Gary Speed.
Mr McVeigh’s post includes four photos showing the front, the back, and both sides.
On the back of the object, he has painted ‘Speedo’ across the top with the Welshman’s appearances and goals for Leeds.
Is this Mr McVeigh's best artwork yet?
Yes
No
On the front, there appears to be a rough outline of the former Whites midfielder.
On one of the sides, there is a Leeds badge, his shirt, and the caption ‘Top Man’, while on the other side, there is his birth year and the year he died.
This post from the ‘Burley Banksy’ has gone down very well with many Leeds fans, who love it.
Speedo is back (Hopefully) improved, I also painted the back this time with him lifting League trophy. It took (official artists' term): chuffin ages but hopefully his family will like it. Touch the badge on matchdays for Gary & for a win…

What do we think?
This is a beautiful tribute to a player who won both the old First Division Championship title and the Charity Shield.
Speed sadly passed away in 2011, but this is a lovely way to remember him.
