What do we think?

Leeds United have not managed to reach the heights of top-flight English football since suffering relegation from the Premier League back in the 2003/04 campaign. However, with just nine games left to be played in the 2019/20 league campaign, Bielsa’s Leeds side currently sit at the top of the table, seven points clear of third-placed Fulham.

With that in mind, it may be understandable why some Whites fans may have been feeling confident about their chances of earning promotion to the Premier League this season. As a result, it may also be understandable why a Leeds fan has allegedly “commissioned a bronze statue” of the Argentinian coach, who may be on the verge of leading them back to England’s top flight.

However, this bronze statue does appear to have a disproportionately oversized head, and it may not be too surprising that many Leeds fans haven’t been particularly impressed by it.
