Leeds United travel to the Riverside tonight, where they will take on Middlesbrough – who are managed by one of their former stars, Jonathan Woodgate.
The Whites are looking to consolidate their position in the automatic promotion places, whereas Boro find themselves hovering dangerously above the relegation zone and in need of the points for very different reasons.
Would you like to see Woodgate manage the club someday?
Yes
No
Marcelo Bielsa’s side have won their last two Championship fixtures, while Woodgate’s side are without a win in their last eight.
Some Leeds fans have been discussing whether or not they would like to see their former central defender become their next manager on Twitter.
No..

I agree, although good luck to him with Boro (after tomorrow). Wouldn’t mind Bowyer after Bielsa retires though.

Rather have Bowyer

If we want to be a premiership team again we need a premiership manager don’t think woodgate or bowyer would be up to it

What do we think?
Woodgate is having a difficult time at the Riverside and in our view, has shown nothing to suggest he is ready for a job as big as the Leeds United one. His side find themselves in 21st position in the table, just three points clear of Wigan Athletic who are in the drop zone, therefore, you can understand why these supporters aren’t keen to hand him the reins at Elland Road.
