Liverpool fans have been responding on Twitter to Georginio Wijnaldum’s latest post after the Reds’ Premier League victory over West Ham United.
This comes after the midfielder shared a post on his official Twitter page claiming that he was “glad to contribute” by scoring a goal in their 3-2 win over West Ham on Monday, before adding that he was “really happy” that the team managed to secure the three points.

The 29-year-old played the full 90 minutes of the win against David Moyes’ side whilst also opening the scoring in the match with a nicely placed header in the opening 10 minutes of the match. After the match had ended, WhoScored gave Wijnaldum a match rating of 7.82 – the highest of Liverpool’s three starting midfielders. The Dutchman’s post after the game then caught the attention of a lot of Liverpool fans who were eager to send their own messages to the midfield man.
