These Leeds United fans have been reacting to Rhian Brewster joining Swansea on loan for the rest of the season.
The transfer news was confirmed by BBC Sport, but it was later shared with Leeds United fans via Adam Pope on Twitter.
Interestingly, Leeds were believed to be one of the clubs keen on bringing in Brewster.
Despite Rhian Brewster being just 19-years-old, he is already a winner of the UEFA Champions League and Under-17 World Cup top goalscorer award. Clearly Brewster is a talented young player, but if Leeds wanted to get Brewster then they have now paid the price of waiting too long.
Here’s what the Leeds United fans had to say about Rhian Brewster joining Swansea on loan:

Can our fans plz relax on this 1. Liverpool didnt want him warming our bench just like Eddie and would you blame them. That is gonna be our biggest problem

Wish folk could get real and understand that whoever we get, will be here as back up and therefore won’t be guaranteed game time. Hence Nketiah going back and players such as Brewster aren’t available to us. Swansea can guarantee him game time, we can’t…..

Any striker worth his salt should have 20 goals now!!
Bamford works hard and holds the ball up and should be in the team.
But a clinical striker would be nice!!— kevin seville?? (@kevinseville73) January 7, 2020
I’m glad he’s not come here tbh.

Would you have liked Rhian Brewster at Leeds United?
Yes, he's amazing!
No, he's overrated!
So far this season, Brewster has played seven matches in the Premier League 2 development league, scoring four goals and getting one assist.
Wasn’t this lad our no1 target to replace Eddie or should I say Roofe!

What Do We Think?
It’s clearly a great bit of business from Swansea’s point of view, but Marcelo Bielsa might be a little bit concerned that another Championship side is strengthening in January. These Leeds fans were always likely to be disappointed, but they have to ask themselves if Rhian Brewster would have been happy playing as a backup like Eddie Nketiah?
