A lot of Leeds United fans have responded Beren Cross’s article about Leeds’ next signing.
The Leeds Live reporter believes that the Whites will sign Ian Poveda from Manchester City.
Will Poveda be a good signing for Leeds?
Yes, superb prospect
No, he is too raw
The article claims that Leeds see Poveda as the long-term replacement for Jack Clarke and hope to tie up the deal in the next week or so.
This has gone down well with some Whites fans who are happy with this news.
Manchester City winger Ian Poveda moving forward with a Leeds United switch. Would be the second through the door after Elia Caprile. Likely to be permanent now if not in the summer. Orta and Bielsa rate him very highly. #lufc

What do we think?
Poveda is a 19-year-old winger who is expected to join Leeds either permanently this month or in the summer, and Victor Orta believes that he is ready to step straight into Marcelo Bielsa’s team.
Poveda has made one senior appearance for Manchester City, and now it looks like he will be heading to Elland Road to compete with Helder Costa, Jack Harrison and Pablo Hernandez for a regular starting spot in Bielsa’s side.
