A lot of Leeds fans are fuming at Helder Costa’s performance after the Whites pulled off a stunning comeback to seal a 3-2 win over Millwall, though much of it was aimed at him in the first half.
Leeds found themselves 2-0 down at the break thanks to goals from Shaun Hutchinson and a Jed Wallace penalty.
However, in the second half, a Patrick Bamford double and a Pablo Hernandez strike saved the Whites and ensured they are now four points clear of Nottingham Forest in third place.
However, the performance of Costa annoyed these Whites supporters who feel that the Portuguese was not at his best.
I'm certainly not disputing that. Cooper and Alioski have been terrible and it's one of life's great mysterys how Helder Costa is still anywhere near the first team

Helder Costa offers absolutely nothing game after game. Do I even need to start on Bamford #lufc

16 million quid for Helder Costa ? #lufc

Referee is poor. But #lufc are atrocious. No Augustin on bench is ridiculous. Harrison and Hernandez poor, but Costa is beyond awful.

Forget the ref for a minute. How soft are these players?
Costa brutal. White in the wrong position. Ayling terrible. I’ve defended Bamford all year – but he’s terrible at scoring goal – a flaw in a striker.
Some bunch of men to collapse time and time again #lufc

What do we think?
The 25-year-old, who is valued at £10.8m by Transfermarkt, has had an average season for Leeds, having achieved a rating of 6.62 from WhoScored.
He has only scored three league goals and provided two assists.
However, ultimately it does not really matter that they thought Costa played poorly as Leeds pulled off one of their most important results of the season to ensure that they keep their automatic promotion hopes alive.
