Leeds United have played 21 matches in the league this season. And Ezgjan Alioksi has been selected by Marcelo Bielsa to start all 21 of them. The Macedonia international, one of the few United players not to have succumbed to injury as a result of the intense methods of the club’s manager this season, is a nailed-on, reliable operator on the left flank as far as his manager is concerned. Yet supporters are intensely frustrated by the winger and many of them are making him the scapegoat when the team’s performance level slips and the side are not delivering the goods. United eked out a fourth consecutive win on Saturday as they beat Queens Park Rangers 2-1 at Elland Road to cement their place in second in the Championship on a day when Norwich triumphed 3-2 at home to Bolton Wanderers. Alioski’s goal scoring and creating stats have been ropey for some time and supporters made clear their displeasure despite the win.

Yeah agreed. As I said above, a lot of players have been meh. Alioski in basics is particularly bad though.

I'm not gonna pretend Alioski is the big problem with the team, as a lot of players have been meh today. But every time he comes near the ball, he looks clumsy & sloppy
