Leeds United are reportedly interested in the signings of Manchester City wonderkid Phil Foden and Tottenham Hotspur starlet Juan Foyth, making the club’s supporters very excited on Twitter.
According to senior Leeds United supporter Simon O’Rourke, the Yorkshire giants have been given the option to sign the two youngsters from the Premier League giants next season, as their parent clubs look to give them regular first-team action in order to develop their talent.

City midfielder Phil Foden first hit the headlines after guiding England Under-17s to the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup, scoring twice in the final against Spain and being named best player of the tournament.
The 18-year-old made just five substitute appearances in the league for his club last season as they won the Premier League title, and with more signings expected at The Etihad Stadium this summer, it may be best for Foden to get some regular game time elsewhere.
Foden is an exciting English midfielder, capable of playing out wide or centrally, who’s able to cut defences open with his passing ability or dribbling past players with speed. With Leeds’ main creative option being 33-year-old Pablo Hernandez, Foden could be just what Bielsa needs in order to successfully instil his attacking philosophy.
Spurs defender Foyth signed from Estudiantes for a fee of £11.7m last summer, he made eight appearances in the Champions League, League Cup and the FA Cup last season, but has yet to make an appearance in the Premier League for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
At just 5ft 8in (Transfermarkt), the Argentine is small for a central defender but he’s carved a reputation for his reading of the game and composure on the ball, an attribute that Bielsa insists his defenders have, making him a perfect fit for the new boss.
The only obstacle to the signings seems to be Leeds themselves, as Bielsa looks to improve his squad for the upcoming season.
Leeds fans on social media are thrilled that Foden and Foyth are reportedly on their radar and believe they could be a real success on loan at Elland Road.
