Leeds best XI v Derby

|

Felix Wiedwald (Goalkeeper) – Wiedwald was dodgy against Bristol, and was massively at fault for the Robins’ first goal. However, he is still the Whites best option in goal. Retains his place.

Gaetano Berardi (Right-back) – Berardi is making his way back from a red-card suspension, and his return is much-welcome at the right-back spot. Berardi for Vurnon Anita.

Liam Cooper (Centre-back) – Everton loanee Matthew Pennington was poor against Bristol, and now that talisman Cooper has served his red-card suspension, he must come back into the starting XI. Cooper for Pennington.

Pontus Jansson (Centre-back) – Jansson has been solid for Leeds this season while the rest of their defence has crumbled around him. Retains his place.

Laurens De Bock (Left-back) – De Bock is showing some good signs since his move from Club Brugge in January, but is yet to fully settle in. Still their best shout at left-back though. Retains his place.
