Wolves captain Conor Coady has poked fun at his teammate Pedro Neto following his latest post on Instagram.

The Wolves players have seemingly been given some time off by Bruno Lage after their last game, which was a 1-0 defeat away to Newcastle United, as Marcal has been seen training away in the sun on a beach, with his teammate Neto now also doing the same.

No!

It will be a big end to the season for Wolves as they now sit just three points behind West Ham United with a game in hand on the Hammers, so they could still very easily get into Europe as their next game is against relegation-threatened Burnley at home, so they will likely fancy their chances of picking up three points.

Neto has had a tough time of things since coming back from injury, with just one start and zero goals or assists, but there’s no denying he’s putting in the work behind the scenes, with the winger pictured running on the sand away from Wolves’ training ground.

However, Coady saw this as an opportunity to ridicule his teammate, replying: “These pictures need to stop, Pedro.”

TIF Thoughts on Coady’s comments…

This comment from Coady appears to be digging out Neto for posting pictures of himself without a top on, and it seems to be a running theme between the pair, with Coady and Neto taking part in a Soccer AM video (7:40) where they discussed Neto’s love affair with posing topless, and the captain labelled them as ‘shocking’.

While both players are at very different stages of their careers, hail from very different backgrounds and play the game differently, there is certainly a great bond between the pair, which will likely be a huge reason why Wolves are doing so well if the entire squad acts like this behind the scenes.
