Wolves’ Marcal has posted a series of videos that show him working out on a beach after his side were beaten last weekend.
Marcal was part of the Wolves side that fell to a 1-0 defeat against relegation-threatened Newcastle United in what was only their sixth defeat away from home in the Premier League all season, but this defeat was a damaging one as Wolves could have moved into the top six with a victory.

The Brazilian wing-back has not been a regular under Bruno Lage, and that lack of ability to get into a consistent run of form may well have been evident last Friday, as journalist Liam Keen handed Marcal a very poor 5/10 rating, which was the second-lowest handed out on the night.
Marcal appears to have bounced back from that poor performance immediately as he’s posted a number of videos of him working out on a beach, running and heading a football as he looks to step up his game.

It’s a sign of a strong-minded player that they are willing to start working hard straight after a very poor performance and only thinking about getting better and improving themselves – something that will be needed if Wolves are to get anywhere near the Europa League spots.
Wolves will need all of their players striving to improve their individual performances as they face a very big uphill battle to secure a European spot for next season as they sit two points off a potential place in the Europa Conference League having played a game more than Manchester United as well.
