Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to claims surrounding a potential move for Dejan Kulusevski during the January transfer window.
Tottenham have found themselves linked to a lot of players during the month, but they haven’t managed to secure any arrivals so far. Given their position in the table and how fierce the battle for European football is likely to be, they certainly could do with some extra help to get them over the line.
One position that has been in need of improvement for some time has been at centre-forward, where Harry Kane could do with some help to take some of the burden off his shoulders.
That’s where Kulusevski comes into the picture. According to claims from The Athletic, Spurs are ‘working on a deal’ to sign the 21-year-old Swede from Juventus, with the report claiming that ‘a deal could be a loan with an option or obligation to buy’.
This news was relayed to Tottenham supporters by @Daily_Hotspur and @TheSpursExpress, as well as journalist Jack Pitt-Brooke for them to react to, where it’s fair to say it generated quite a bit of positive buzz among the fanbase:
“I’d take it. He’s good and probably a more sensible addition (position wise) than Diaz.”
Would you like to see Spurs sign Kulusevski?
Yes
No
The only question now is whether or not they’ll be able to get the deal done in time with just a few days left until the window is set to close.
