Leeds United fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest social media post from journalist Adam Pope.
This comes after the journalist shared a post on his Twitter page that contained video footage of Carlos Corberan, who has managed Leeds’ U23 side and worked as Marcelo Bielsa’s assistant coach, walking on the pitch at Elland Road ahead of the Whites’ 4-0 win over Charlton Athletic in midweek.
Pope captioned his post saying that Corberan has been a “significant part of Bielsa’s staff” and that he is now “expected” to join Huddersfield Town.
This post from Pope then gathered a lot of replies from Leeds fans who were quick to share their thoughts on the matter.
Here’s a sample of Leeds fans responding to the post from Pope:
Carlos Coberan is here tonight. He has led the U23s to a title & been a significant part of Bielsa’s staff. Expected now to join #htafc #lufc pic.twitter.com/eVahYzIwMu

Earlier in the week, Bielsa revealed that Corberan “has been chosen by one Championship team to be the manager of the first team and it is a team that one year ago was in the Premier League.”
Wish him the best ??

There were some Leeds fans responding to the post who were upset by the idea of Corberan leaving Elland Road.
Personally I hope he changes his mind and stays I think he has played a big part in this clubs recent success

Some Leeds fans even suggested that Corberan could one day take over at Leeds when Bielsa leaves his position as manager.
If Bielsa was leaving there is no way Carlos would be allowed to leave could well be a natural to take over if Bielsa was walking away

Now that Pope has shared this footage and this news on Corberan regarding a potential move to Huddersfield, it has sparked a big reaction with many Leeds fans sharing their thoughts on the Spaniard.
I’m just considering it a loan spell. Get a bit of experiance and return to take the helm one day.
