Supporters of Leeds United have been reacting to quotes from Fulham manager Scott Parker which emerged on social media.
On Friday, the BBC broadcaster Adam Pope relayed some comments which were made by the 39-year-old Englishman.
In the quotes, Parker discussed the fitness of his players ahead of their trip to Elland Road to face Marcelo Bielsa’s outfit on Saturday.
Parker said that the fitness of his side was “a bit of a mixed bag” due to “a number of players being nursed through certain issues” (per Adam Pope).
However, the quotes concluded with the Fulham manager stating that the Cottagers have “a strong enough squad”.
So, following Pope’s tweet with the quotes from Parker, lots of Leeds supporters flocked to it to air their reactions.
Fulham boss Scott Parker says his team news is “a bit of a mixed bag” with “a number of players being nursed through certain issues & players who are a bit behind due to Coronavirus & how we’ve had to train them as they were in isolation. But we’ve a strong enough squad.”#lufc

Just trying to implement mind games obviously. They know they have to win this game to keep the pace. Hopefully back on our own pitch we can end their hopes! ???

He can find all the excuses he wants and have as many fit players etc as he wants at the end of the day it comes down to us on our day we are the best footballing side in the league and it’s been clear to see we have to make sure we are on it from the first minute and get it done

Fulham are currently the side closest to Leeds beneath the second and final automatic promotion place, however, the Whites have a seven-point lead (per BBC).
Lots of Leeds supporters continued airing their reactions after Adam Pope relayed the quotes from Parker, though.
