This comes after Bamford put in a poor display during Leeds’ 2-0 defeat to Cardiff City in the first of their remaining Championship fixtures.
After the match, many Leeds fans took to Twitter to share their frustrations over Bamford’s latest performance.
Here’s a sample of Leeds fans slamming Bamford:
Sorry but we’d be promoted with a striker, Bamford despite his effort is awful

According to WhoScored, Bamford’s performance in the defeat earned him a disappointing match rating of 5.6/10, making him the lowest rated outfield player Leeds had on the pitch.

Bamford is stealing a living

Patrick Bamford is a waste of space. Will cost us promotion again if Bielsa keeps picking him. He offers nothing to the side.

Was Bamford Leeds' worst player against Cardiff?
Yes
No

His performances in his 37 Championship performances have earned him a current season rating of 6.72/10, making him Leeds’ 10th highest-rated player for this campaign (per WhoScored).

Bamford needs to be dropped he doesn’t try in around the box.

One Leeds fan even suggested that Bamford should be dropped from the team for their upcoming match against Fulham.
Bamford has to be dropped for Fulham he ain’t good enough to be a footballer let alone start for Leeds every game. He’s awful

With Leeds looking to secure promotion to the Premier League this season, they will need to have Bamford scoring goals and putting in better performances than he did against Cardiff.
These Leeds fans now will be hoping that this poor performance against Cardiff will just be a one-off thing for Bamford and he can now move on and focus on improving for their next match against Fulham.
Whether Bielsa will indeed decide to drop Bamford, who is valued at £5.85 million (Transfermarkt), for the club’s next game against Fulham or not is yet to be seen, however, given just how many appearances Bamford has made for Leeds in the Championship so far this season, it seems unlikely he would be dropped for this upcoming clash.
