Supporters of Leeds United have been flocking to a Twitter post which was shared by Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah.

On Thursday, the former Leeds loanee posted an image of himself playing for the Gunners which showed him celebrating a goal (per Eddie Nketiah).

Alongside the image of himself, the 21-year-old forward also stated: ‘Back to business, +3!’, as well as including three emojis and tagging Arsenal’s Twitter account.

The image of the celebration came from the game against Southampton, in which Nketiah bagged the opening goal in a 2-0 victory for Mikel Arteta’s side (per BBC).

However, following the striker’s post to social media, lots of the Elland Road faithful flocked to it to air their responses.

Nice easy one to start. Who is this current Leeds man?

The £9.9m-rated youngster spent the first half of the season on loan with Marcelo Bielsa’s side, having arrived in August and departed in January (per Transfermarkt).

During his time at Elland Road, the 21-year-old forward made 19 appearances for the Whites in which he netted five goals (per Transfermarkt).

Of those 19 appearances, 17 were in the Championship as the forward bagged a weak 6.34/10 average rating for United (per WhoScored).

As can be seen in these responses from Leeds supporters, they still have positive opinions of the man who was on loan with their club earlier this season.
