Leeds United’s Stuart Dallas celebrated his 29th birthday over the weekend and the club, via their official Twitter account, have paid tribute to the player by sharing a compilation of some of his goals for the Whites.
Dallas signed for the Yorkshire based club back in the summer of 2015 in a deal reportedly worth £1.71m (via Transfermarkt.co.uk) and has gone on to become an integral part of Marcelo Bielsa’s promotion-chasing team.
He has started all of the Leeds’ Championship fixtures so far this season playing in a number of positions including left-back, right-back and centre-midfield (via WhoScored.com).
Here is how a sample of the Elland Road faithful has responded to the post regarding the Northern Ireland international.
Likes scoring against midlands clubs!

My player of the season so far. He’s been asked to cover numerous positions this season and he’s never let us down.
He was so outstanding at right-back that I seriously thought that when Luke returned from injury he might struggle to get his position back.— Phil B ??+???????????? (@LUSCarborough) April 19, 2020

Since last years playoffs Stuart seems to have personally taken charge of the promotion push, he almost managed to drag us through that Semi final at ER himself and this year he has been immense all over the park. Happy Birthday Mr Reliable!

What do we think?
Based on the above responses it’s clear that the Leeds United fans hold the player in very high esteem. Some were also keen to point out the fact he has a tendency to score against Birmingham City. Dallas has netted against the Blues four times in just six appearances against them (via Transfermarkt.co.uk).
