A lot of Leeds United fans have taken to Twitter to discuss decisions made by some Premier League clubs in light of the current viral outbreak.
The tweet from E-Leeds United includes three screenshots about decisions made by Premier League clubs and then one about what Leeds have decided to do.
One screenshot is from a tweet by Peter Rutzler – as he confirmed that Bournemouth stopped paying people who provide accommodation for the club’s youth players.
Another screenshot is from a tweet by Laurie Whitwell – as he discussed Tottenham Hotspur’s decision to put all of their non-playing staff on furlough
Are you proud to be a Leeds fan because of this decision made by the club?
Yes, it was a wonderful thing to do
No, I am always proud to be a Leeds fan
The final screenshot relating to the Premier League was from SPORTbible – as they relayed the news that Mike Ashley placed all of Newcastle’s non-playing staff on furlough.
The final screenshot shows the decision that was voluntarily made by the Whites last week, and this was that all of the players, coaching staff, and senior management agreed to a pay cut to help the club out.
This tweet has drawn a reaction from these Leeds fans – with many feeling proud of their club.

And don’t forget @NorwichCityFC are at it too. Disgusting! Any premiership club putting non football staff on furlough and claiming 80% of their wages should hang their heads in shame! The government should tell them where to go!

What do we think?
When you see the decisions of Bournemouth, Newcastle United, and Tottenham Hotspur compared with what Leeds have done, it is hard not to think that the Whites have done the right thing and shown those three how to act in this situation.
