Sports broadcaster Adam Pope has been sharing some updates provided by Marcelo Bielsa during his press conference with the Leeds United fans via Twitter. One concerns Kiko Casilla, who is facing an FA charge for allegedly racially abusing an opponent.
As reported by Pope, there is still no update regarding the case which has sparked much debate amongst the Leeds fans regarding what the delay could be down to.
Will Casilla be charged by the FA?
Yes
No
Just ludicrous, isn’t it.

They are a joke. Running out of games for the ban!

any idea what’s the hold up Adam – they surely can’t still be debating it ?

They surely have had all the evidence they are going to get months ago. There can no reasonable excuse for the delay that I can think of. Maybe someone can enlighten me @FA

It is perplexing & damaging to all concerned. I guess it is more complicated than the Forestieri case or there is less evidence?

100% there isn’t enough evidence and they are worried about the backlash of a not guilty verdict

Don’t think there is any evidence. Just hearsay from 2 opposition players.#lufc

What do we think?
Kiko Casilla may miss the trip to Middlesbrough on Wednesday evening through injury. Marcelo Bielsa has confirmed that the 33-year-old has a problem with his hand and that his availability is dependant on the pain he is suffering (via leedsunited.com).
The former Real Madrid goalkeeper has played in every single one of Leeds United’s 34 Championship fixtures this season, and therefore we would assume that if he is able to take part, Bielsa would prefer to stick with him rather than turning to Illan Meslier.
