Leeds United’s Under 23s beat Bolton Wanderers to continue their strong run in the division which has seen them remain unbeaten since October. The hosts ran out comfortable 4-1 winners at Thorp Arch and Jordan Stevens’ goal from a Barry Douglas corner has got the fans talking on social media.
Should Barry Douglas start at left-back for Leeds?

@SamCLFC he’s worth his place purely on set pieces

Corner, beats the first man, ends up in the net, not sure that sort of set piece routine will catch on tbh

What do we think?
Judging by the replies alone, it is safe to assume the Leeds United faithful have grown frustrated by their lack of threat from set-pieces, in particular corners. Barry Douglas has made just 11 appearances in the Championship this season, starting just 13% of the club’s league games so far.
The former Wolverhampton Wanderers left-back, who is valued at £3.15 million (Transfermarkt), can at the very least provide a dangerous delivery from set-plays but is that enough to earn him a place in the starting line-up? It seems unlikely given he has been afforded just four league starts this term.
Leeds face Brentford later tonight in a crucial game at the top of the division, but it remains to be seen whether or not Marcelo Bielsa will make any significant changes to the side that lost at Nottingham Forest.
