A lot of Leeds United fans have reacted to Phil Hay’s latest piece for The Athletic.
Hay reveals in his piece that out of the 78 league games in which Marcelo Bielsa has taken charge, only 15 have kicked off with the Whites outside of the top two.
Do you still have faith in Bielsa?
Yes
No
Also, under Bielsa, Leeds have never been outside the top six.
These are stunning statistics that show just how much Bielsa has transformed the club.
Certainly, these Leeds fans are impressed with these stats from Hay and are baffled at those who still doubt Bielsa.
Seventy eight league games as Leeds United head coach for Marcelo Bielsa and only 15 of them have kicked off with the club outside the top two. His side have never been outside the top six.
These have been good times – and Brentford reminded us of that:https://t.co/djNfeVUyfz

Everyone who berates Bielsa and his team’s performance at times should read this stat and remember where we were before he arrived. #lufc @TheSquareBall

Amazing record. He is pretty much getting as much as he can out of his players . If good enough for promotion time will tell.

What do we think?
For Leeds to have never been out of the top six in 78 league matches since Bielsa took over is quite remarkable, and perhaps those who are starting to doubt him need to look at this and realise that everything is not all bad.
In terms of their current form, the Whites have only won two of their last 11 league matches, but their performance against Brentford was good, and they can take that display into their game against Bristol City on Saturday.
