A lot of Leeds United fans have replied to a tweet from BBC Sports broadcaster Adam Pope which claims that Kiko Casilla’s hearing with the FA started on Wednesday afternoon, with a decision expected to be made by Thursday.
What do you think the FA will do?
Ban Casilla
Find him innocent
The BBC reporter states that Casilla denies the claims of alleged racist remarks vigorously, and these Leeds fans can’t wait for the whole thing to be over.
I understand that Kiko Casilla’s hearing is due to start today re the FA’s charge of alleged racist remarks, which he vigorously denies. Should have an outcome tomorrow. #lufc

Trying to derail us as soon as results pick up

Innocent isn’t innocent in the eyes of the FA in these matters, a misheard comment is still a ban, 6 – 12 matches probably.

Even if he’s not guilty the FA will find him guilty. Prime example being what happend with Forestieri. Corrupt.

So basically whilst we weren’t in form it was left to linger but now we look like we are improving its time to shake things up ? but in all seriousness hope the right outcome is given whatever that may be. Kiko seems like a decent bloke so hoping it’s a misunderstanding. #MOT

This could easily derail our season. Look at what Spygate did last year. It’s a disgrace it’s taken the FA this long

Why has it taken this long to get hearing?! Always seems that they leave it until the important time of the season. Just to try and disrupt everything.

Can’t help but think that this dragging on has had something to do with kikos dip in form. Must be playing on his mind being dragged on for this long. Hopefully, regardless of the outcome, he can put this behind him, learn from it, and come out the other end stronger ?

Be glad when it’s all over and kiko can reignite his form, assuming it’s this that’s affected him

What do we think?
The Spaniard was initially charged with using racist language towards Jonathan Leko in November.
Since then, Casilla has continued to start every league game for the Whites despite this ongoing situation.
Some Leeds fans do believe that the uncertainty has affected the 33-year-old, but the only person who knows if that is true is Casilla.
However, a quick look at the statistics shows that the Spaniard has conceded 22 goals since he was charged, while before that he had only conceded eight.
No matter what the outcome is, it will be good for the Whites to finally have the situation resolved.
