These Leeds United fans were wanting to sign Manchester City’s Benjamin Mendy after a tweet from Jean-Kevin Augustin.
After Leeds’ 3-2 victory on Tuesday, Jean-Kevin Augustin posted a thank you tweet addressed to Manchester City’s Mendy who attended the match to seemingly support the Whites and Augustin.
Mendy has currently played 11 matches in the Premier League for City, with the Frenchman achieving an average rating of 6.89/10 in England’s top division (WhoScored).

These Whites fans are clearly wanting Augustin to influence a move between Mendy and Leeds, but with the 25-year-old being rated at £31.5m by Transfermarkt, Marcelo Bielsa may have a bit of a task on his hands to get this one done.

Obviously this is all fun and games from the Leeds supporters, as even if JKA and Mendy are best friends, expecting the Peacocks to sign such a high profile player might be a little bit over-optimistic by the Elland Road fans.
