These Leeds United fans rave over Ryan Edmondson after an impressive performance for the Peacocks’ academy side.
Edmondson has very rarely been given a chance in the Leeds senior side, with the 18-year-old only ever making two appearances in the Championship. However, even these outings were a while ago, with his latest senior game time coming against Birmingham City on 22nd September 2018.
Here’s what the Leeds fans had to say about Edmondson after footage of his goal against Hull U23’s was posted by the Whites on Twitter:
No mauling from The Tigers as Edmondson makes it 4-0 for the #LUFC U23s! pic.twitter.com/ARBj4menEX

What Do We Think?
Being just 18-years-old, Edmondson should be in no rush to get into the first team. The youngster’s last appearance was in the centre-forward role, which would mean the 18-year-old would be competing against Patrick Bamford for game time.
Edmondson was on the bench when Leeds United lost 3-2 to Ipswich Town on 5th May 2019. We feel this is where the 18-year-old should be; on the bench, waiting for his chance to maybe make an impact late in the match especially with Eddie Nketiah having returned to Arsenal.
