These Leeds United fans have been discussing Marcelo Bielsa’s comments about Ryan Edmondson’s game time.
Phil Hay relayed some of Bielsa’s press conference comments around Edmondson’s current lack of game time. The Leeds United manager sounded almost sarcastic when stating that: “Maybe Edmondson is the best goalscorer on the team and he should play instead of Bamford and I am wrong.”
Edmondson has played for the Leeds United first-team twice in his career, featuring against QPR and Birmingham.
Here are some of the comments from the Leeds United fans on Twitter:
Bielsa on why he isn't using Edmondson: "Thirty five players are working with us and we look at every one. After that I choose who I think are the best players. Maybe Edmondson is the best goalscorer on the team, he should play instead of Bamford and I'm wrong."

Sounds like he’s sick of recommendations from Baz who lives in his mum’s basement in Beeston

This fan base is constantly going on about how we’ve got the best fans in the world. Where are they? Because most you on here are the most fickle bunch.

Going to be a repeat of last season.

It seems like he’s fuming. Someone got a bite there

Bielsa fuming

These fans seem more concerned that Bielsa seemed to be fuming about the issue, rather than Edmondson’s lack of game time.
I’ve never heard Bielsa speak like this at Leeds. If he’s not happy he walks history shows that.

He sounds absolutely raging

Should Ryan Edmondson be playing more often?
Yes
No
What Do We Think?
Bielsa’s opinion is the only one that matters when it comes down to who plays when and he knows that, hence why at times Bielsa can seem stubborn. However, the Argentine manager clearly knows what he is doing, but his relationship with Edmondson may be a little bit damaged after his comments.
