A lot of Leeds fans have responded to a video of Victor Orta looking crestfallen as QPR beat his team at Loftus Road.
The video shows Orta in the sun, struggling to watch what was unfolding in front of him.
Has Orta done a good job for Leeds?
Yes, he has signed some good players
No, has not strengthened thesquad enough
However, he has gained minimal sympathy from these Leeds fans who want him to be doing his job better.
Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Go and do your job.. pic.twitter.com/EkADl5mvlQ

A wake up call I hope. No blaming decisions and dodgy goals. Put simple a ruthless striker would have won that one for Leeds

i agree he looks clueless. 100% inadequate. had over a year to sell Bamford and secure a replacement. #unfitforpurpose

Big Vic knows it’s over again this season.
He tried (ahem), but as usual failed.

What do we think?
Orta clearly cares about Leeds, but his job is to go out and buy players.
It is obvious to everyone that the Whites need a striker, yet with 11 days of the transfer window left, Leeds have still not signed Eddie Nketiah’s replacement.
A deal for Elia Caprile is thought to be complete.
However, it is the deal for a striker that is the most important thing for Leeds. Patrick Bamford has ten goals this season, but on Saturday, he missed a one-on-one (1:24) and a penalty (1:41) – so he needs some help, and it is Orta’s job to sort that out.
