A lot of Leeds United fans have reacted to David Coverdale’s exclusive on the new kit deal that the Whites are signing, which was relayed to fans by Amitai Winehouse.
It is claimed that Leeds have agreed a major kit deal with Adidas, and they will replace Kappa as next season’s kit manufacturer.
Is this a good deal for Leeds?
Yes, to have an established company like that can only be positive
No, what is the point if they are still in the Championship
It is said that the value of the deal to the Whites will depend on what league they are in.
This will be the first time in the club’s history that the Whites will wear a shirt made by Adidas, and it is also claimed that Leeds will look for a new sponsor to replace 32Red.
This news has gone down well with some Leeds fans who are excited to see what Adidas produces.
I hope this is for real. My shirt has fallen apart already. Kappa logos on arms have totally come off and kappa logo on front is half way there. I refuse to wear it, mainly because I don’t want to relate ‘Leeds United’ and ‘falling apart’.

What do we think?
Adidas are one of the biggest sports brands in the world, (Picture 3) and for Leeds to get a deal with them despite currently playing in the Championship shows the pulling power of the club.
However, the big question for many Leeds fans is, can the club use that pulling power to bring in a forward?
There are just eight days of the transfer window left, and Leeds must sign a striker, or they could find themselves in their shiny new Adidas kit still in the Championship.
