A lot of Leeds United fans are in shock that Cardiff City decided to appeal against Sean Morrison’s red card for a disgusting tackle on Eddie Nketiah with the game 3-2 to Leeds. (2:08)
Morrison came flying through Nketiah and was deservedly handed a red card. (2:08)
Was this a deserved sending off for Morrison?
Yes, it was a disgusting tackle
No, bad tackle but only a yellow
However, these Whites supporters cannot believe that the Bluebirds tried to appeal it.

Was a sending off all day long. He should get an extra game for bothering to appeal.

How did they even have the nerve to appeal it? Disgusting immoral club.

Other Whites supporters believed Morrison deserves to be banned because of his new moustache.
At first I thought the studs up challenge aimed at Eddie’s ankles was worthy of sending off, but then I saw the state of his moustache, and that alone is worthy of a 12 match ban.

Deserves it for that moustache

Deserved sending off with that horrendous thing dangling from his top lip. Making me itch.

They failed because it was a filthy friggin tackle. That or the panel took one look at that Tash and thought he fancies himself as Hulk Hogan. Let’s keep him off the pitch and get him into a wrestling ring!

What do we think?
Morrison’s tackle was a deserved red card; it was dangerous and out of control, (2:08) and he can have no complaints that he was dismissed.
However, Cardiff were always going to appeal because he is their captain, and they do not want to be without him for the next three matches.
The FA, though, have decided that it was indeed a justified sending off and Morrison will have to watch on from the sidelines.
The moustache that Morrison now has seems to be a tribute to Hulk Hogan, but it does not suit him, and he should look to shave it off immediately. (2:12)
Leeds will at least be happy that Morrison has not got away with his reckless challenge on Nketiah, (2:08) and that should be some consolation after their capitulation against the Bluebirds last Saturday.
