A lot of Leeds United fans reacted to Phil Hay’s tweet about Pablo Hernandez.
The Spaniard only lasted three minutes against Fulham before he looked to pull his hamstring, and it has since been stated that he will be out for a month.
This may have affected Leeds as after Hernandez departed, they struggled to break Fulham down and ended up leaving Craven Cottage with nothing.
Will Leeds miss Hernandez?
Yes, he is crucial to them
No, he can be replaced
This drew a mixed reaction from many Leeds fans, with some thinking that Hernandez’s injury is a big blow.
Bad news though – Hernandez has pulled a hamstring…

Was always going to be the issue with Hernandez…Leeds really really really lack any creativity when he’s not playing. Big blow

Couldn’t write it Phil. With a busy Xmas period coming up as well it’s a huge loss

What do we think?
Hernandez is a wonderful Championship footballer, and over the past two seasons, he has been Leeds’ best player.
This year he may not have been as good, but he still has three goals and four assists.
Leeds have also only won two matches without Hernandez this season, so even though some Whites fans don’t think they will miss him, the statistics suggest otherwise.
Marcelo Bielsa could not confirm how bad Hernandez’s injury was, but it would be very surprising to see him play any part in the remaining festive fixtures.
