A lot of Leeds United fans loved the performance of Gaetano Berardi in the Whites’ 2-0 win over Hull City.
LUFCDATA has revealed that the Swiss was given the specific job of dealing with Jarrod Bowen and won three out of four challenges with him.
If Cooper is fit who starts alongside Ben White on Saturday?
Cooper
Berardi
This has pleased many Whites supporters who were happy with Berardi’s performance.

Sometimes you’ve to hold ya hands up and say fair play to Berardi for coming back like he has after his Derby antics totally cleaned his game up and looks a different player .. ?

He’s a warrior, our warrior, puts the shirt before himself ….. always. He should be getting a years extension on his contract, even if he is only used to show the younger players how to play with heart.

Berardi was immense last night. Has been very reliable whenever he’s stepped in this season.

Other Leeds fans were pleased with both Berardi and Stuart Dallas.
Impressive Tano and Stu. Let’s face it, he’s a good player that Leeds fans wouldn’t mind in our side.

What do we think?
Berardi, who is valued at £450k by Transfermarkt, has let the Whites down in big games with his poor discipline, but since coming back into the team, he has performed well and has played an important role in making sure his side have kept two clean sheets.
Bowen is a dangerous player and to limit him to no shots on target, and no chances created was a superb effort by both Berardi and Dallas.
Both deserve immense credit for ensuring one of the Championship’s best players was kept quiet.
Liam Cooper might be back from injury for Saturday – which could mean Berardi might drop out of the team.
However, if he does, he can still be proud of his efforts in the last two games.
