A lot of Leeds United fans have responded to Adam Pope’s tweet about Leeds’ relentlessness.
The BBC Radio Leeds commentator believes that this current squad is doing all it can to bring success to the Whites this year.
He also thinks that there will be no complacency from any of the squad – as they look to deliver that long-awaited promotion.
Was Berardi Leeds' Man of the Match against Hull?
Yes
No
Many Leeds fans agree with Adam Pope and feel that this year, they will go up.
The gap to 3rd may be 11 points but Berardi’s post match comments show there is no complacency. Bielsa screaming at Coberan with 30 secs of added time to help him give instructions to sub Douglas at 2-0 up shows how relentlessly they are trying to deliver success this year. #lufc

That relentlessness will see us over the line Adam ?

Everyone is a year more experienced – players & staff. That was a win that was dug out – poor conditions & a decent opposition & last year we succumbed! Very professional & got stronger & stronger in the 2nd half. Roll on Sat. #mot

The desire is running through every avenue of the club , you can feel it

Other Whites supporters, though, fear that they will mess it up.
Panicking like mad that we’ll mess it up again

Lets face it the only team and issue we need to worry about is ourselves. Only Leeds can mess up their own season. Fingers crossed we have learned from last. MOT.

They had the same relentlessness last season. I look at our fixtures this month and that 11 point gap could shrink very quickly

Some other Leeds fans have highlighted the role of Gaetano Berardi in the Whites’ 2-0 win over Hull.
Berardi was quality tonight. I always feel nervous when he has the ball and twice as nervous when he doesn’t but I have to say he has been great this season when called upon
— Darren John Young ??????????? (@DarrenJohnYoung) December 10, 2019
Berardi for me is one of MBs greatest success stories. He always steps up when called upon.

What do we think?
Leeds have won seven matches in a row and in that time have only conceded two goals.
This despite the fact Liam Cooper has missed the last two, and that has meant that Berardi has played centre-back.
The 31-year-old, though, has looked solid and was a contender for Man of the Match against the Tigers.
This Leeds squad all have one aim and seem to be pulling in the same direction.
Berardi epitomises this spirit because he is probably going to be released at the end of the season and knows he is not first choice but when called upon he has performed and not complained about his lack of game time.
Adam Pope is right when he calls this team relentless because every single one of them appears determined to return the Whites to the top-flight.
