A lot of Leeds United fans do not believe that Kiko Casilla will be found guilty of racism after it was revealed that the FA are still investigating an incident between the 33-year-old and Jonathan Leko.
The on-loan West Bromwich Albion player made a complaint to referee John Brooks – who included Leko’s comment in his match report, however, since then the FA has said nothing.
The punishment from the FA, if found guilty, is a six-game ban.
However, these Leeds fans do not think the Spaniard will be found guilty.
Saturday was arguably Kiko Casilla’s best performance for Leeds United and he has moved on impressively from the error which defined his initial spell at Elland Road. But the threat of an FA charge still lingers in the background:https://t.co/fkETjC7Q8W

Phil, to what extent do the FA need to prove the allegation? If two Charlton players have both said it happened, then is that enough for them to charge / ban him?

C’mon Phil. Lets not give oxygen to an issue that could undermine Leeds’ campaign . If Bulgaria gets a slap on the wrist for behaviour best seen in the third reich this is a dead issue. Please drop it .

We all know he will get charged. He plays for Leeds United

It’s been more than a month surely if he was racist he would’ve been found out already

Judging by there actions against other racism acts this will be knowt to worry about….

To be honest, how are they going to prove it?
I don’t think anyone else heard what was allegedly said so it’s his word against that of Kiko’s or does the EFL have a lip reader for every player during the game…— GermanyLUFC (@GermanyLufc) October 30, 2019
Other Whites supporters, though, think that if Casilla is found to have used racist language then he should be severely punished.
If proved guilty then deserves all thrown at him. I expect the club also to deal with it too. Nobody knows apart from the player and the person he allegedly used racist language against. Not sure why comments below belittle such x serious allegation.

If he’s ultimately said it, I don’t want a racist in our team ?????

I don’t condone racism and if he has said anything derogatory then he needs to be punished (UEFA too bottleless to do anything about it ) Looks like meslier will be getting a few games in the next couple of week. Right before the busy Christmas schedule

What do we think?
At the moment, it looks like it will be Casilla’s word against Leko’s – so it is unlikely that the former Real Madrid man will be banned unless there is more evidence against him.
However, if he is found guilty, then the book should be thrown at him – racism has no place in the game, and both the FA and Leeds should make an example of Casilla if he used racist language.
The match was nearly a month ago, and the FA has still not reached a decision on this incident – so it would be a surprise if the 33-year-old is found guilty due to the amount of evidence needed.
