Leeds United travel to Birmingham to take on Aston Villa in the Championship on Friday evening, and manager Paul Heckingbottom is expected to make three changes from the side that lost to Preston last time out.

The Whites took the lead at Deepdale through Kemar Roofe after just 13 minutes, and they managed to hold on to that lead until the half-time whistle.

The second-half was however not so fruitful for Heckingbottom as they conceded three goals to fall to yet another defeat in what has been a seriously disappointing season.

Heckinngbottom’s main concern against fourth-placed Villa will be in defence, with Pontus Jansson out of contention due to a head injury sustained against Preston.

Several other injuries and suspensions mean that Heckingbottom has been forced to blood a few youngsters in recent weeks, and that looks like it will continue on Friday evening.

Opponents Villa are coming off a massive win over promotion rivals Cardiff on Tuesday, with Jack Grealish scoring a stupendous volley that has temporarily reignited their automatic promotion hopes.
