Hadi Sacko completed 45 minutes in the defeat to Wolves – and Leeds United fans on Twitter ripped into the attacker for his display.
The 23-year-old winger got a rare start for the Whites as he was promoted to the starting XI, but he was taken off at half-time after struggling to influence the game.
Paul Heckingbottom’s side slipped to a heavy 3-0 defeat at Elland Road in the Championship as Wolves stretched their lead at the top of the league.
Romain Saiss, Willy Boly and Benik Afobe were on the scoresheet for the visitors as they earned a comfortable win at Elland Road.
The result means that Heckingbottom’s team are nine points behind the play-off positions and any slim hopes of reaching the top six continued to fade away.
Leeds fans on social media decided to tear Sacko to shreds for his first-half performance and suggested that he should be nowhere near the starting XI.
The Frenchman is renowned for blistering pace and trickery, but he struggled to get on the ball against a Wolves that dominated.
Sacko has endured a frustrating season with the Yorkshire giants and has still failed to complete 90 minutes in any league match.
