Leeds expected XI against Hull

|

Goalkeeper and Defence

Felix Wiedwald (Goalkeeper) – He is likely to continue in net for Leeds and a clean sheet would go a long way to helping the club’s poor run of form.

Gaetano Berardi (Right-back) – The combative defender is set to continue as the only senior right-back at Elland Road and he is a safe pair of hands to takeover from the injured Luke Ayling.

Pontus Jansson (Centre-back) – Swedish mainstay Jansson is vital to the team and they need his leadership qualities to shine through during a difficult patch.

Matthew Pennington (Centre-back) – The first change is likely to see fringe player Pennington come into the side for suspended captain Cooper. Everton loanee Pennington has completed 90 minutes in just three games this season for the Whites, but has a great opportunity to prove his worth against Hull and is the likely replacement for Cooper.

Laurens De Bock (Left-back) – January signing De Bock is expected to continue in the full-back position and will be keen to show fans what he can do.
