Leeds United are going through somewhat of a mini-crisis right now after losing six of their last seven Championship matches.

The Whites manager Thomas Christiansen needs to rack his brain during the international break and make some adjustments to his team in their next fixture at home to Middlesbrough.

The Yorkshire giants have slipped down to 10th in the league table and will continue to drift away from the play-off spots if their form continues for much longer.

Christiansen must recall Leeds attacker Kemar Roofe to the side and he could be the catalyst needed at Elland Road to reignite their top form.

The 24-year-old has fallen out of the side in recent weeks and started just one of their last four league games.

However, the Englishman must now be restored to the team at a time that they need some extra pace and desire in attack.

Roofe is capable of being a special player . He is most effective in a central position and he should come back into the side to inject some real attacking threat.

He could play the lone role effectively or Christiansen could experiment with a two-man attack alongside Pierre-Michel Lasogga.

The versatile attacker made a positive impact off the bench on Saturday during the 3-1 loss to Brentford with his direct running and work-rate, but he should not be shipped into a wide area again.

Roofe has the quality to help improve the performances of Leeds if given a good run of starts and his selfless work will allow the likes of Samuel Saiz to work around him.
