The brother of Chelsea attacker Charly Musonda, Lamisha has responded on social media site Instagram to reports that he is in talks with Celtic by stating while it is flattering, he is focused on the Blues.

The Mirror reported on Sunday that Brendan Rodgers had held discussions with the 20-year-old left-winger about a £5million switch to Glasgow.

Hoops centre-back and fellow Belgian Dedryck Boyata also talked up the youngster who he has known since he was 12 and believes he is the future of the Belgium national team.

However, Musonda’s brother has taken to his personal Instagram account on Tuesday afternoon, as shown by Belgian football expert and journalist Kristof Terreur on Twitter to post that the young attacker is still focused on his career in London for now.

Musonda joined Chelsea alongside his two older brothers in June 2012 from home nation giants Anderlecht for a “compensation fee.”

He has since spent time out on loan in La Liga with Real Betis, where he returned one goal and three assists in 24 matches in total last season.

The player who can play on the left and right wing is however still waiting to make his debut for Chelsea and with Eden Hazard ahead of him as well as having two years left on his contract he may be set for another move soon, whether it be temporary or permanent is to be decided.
