If Bilic is looking for a lethal finisher, then Sturridge could be his man, and the Hammers have previously been named as favourites to secure his signing. The Liverpool forward has fallen down the pecking order at Anfield due to injury and form, but there is little question he has what it takes to compete at the very top of English football. With just seven starts in the Premier League last season, the 27-year-old will be hoping for more first team action in the upcoming campaign, but with the likes of Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Divock Origi all fighting for a spot, he might find a role in the starting XI hard to come by. Wages might prove to be an issue, and Bilic will have to decide whether to take a risk on another player who has an abysmal injury record.
