Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has revealed that he cannot go out on loan again because he needs “stability” in his career.

Prior to Pep Guardiola arriving at the Etihad Stadium last summer, England international Hart was City’s number one shot stopper.

However, the Spaniard instantly made it known that the 30-year-old was not part of his plans with Hart opting to make a loan switch to Italian side Torino.

He was a regular member of the Serie A outfit and now upon his return to England, Hart spoke about his future and why he needs a concrete offer in the summer.

“I need an offer first and then I need to work out my options if I have choices,” said Hart, as quoted by BBC Sports.

“I’m not a kid anymore. I can’t just pack my stuff like a 19, 17-year-old and go on loan. I am a 30-year-old man with stuff I need to organise. I like stability.

“I’ve got nothing at the moment because I think people are focused on international duty and respecting that players are focusing on international duty.”

When Guardiola arrived at the club during the summer of 2016, the former Bayern Munich manager made a number of signings.

One of the players included Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo, who struggled in his debut campaign, with Guardiola now bringing in Benfica shot stopper Ederson.

It is evidently clear that Hart’s career at the Etihad Stadium is over, but the two-time Premier League winner has vasts amount of experience under his belt.

During his career at City, Hart played 348 matches in all competitions for the Manchester club, securing 137 clean sheets and winning five domestic trophies.

Hart is currently on international duty with England and he was selected to start between the sticks for Gareth Southgate’s side as they recorded a 2-2 draw against Scotland at the weekend.
