Juventus and Barcelona are both preparing themselves for what’s set to be an absolute thriller of a Champions League final on Saturday evening.

As if the glory of winning the most coveted prize in European club football wasn’t enough incentive for the parties involved, the Italian and Spanish champions both have the opportunity to make it a treble-winning season, having rather comfortably waffed away competition en route to their respective league titles and domestic cups.

The clash will see managers Massimo Allegri and Luis Enrique square off in Berlin’s Olympiastadion, whilst some of the greatest talents in world football – not least including four-time Ballon d’Or winner Lionel Messi – will be on show.

And to add even further drama to a match already laden with intoxicating sub-plots, such as rumours Juve midfielder Paul Pogba has agreed to join Saturday’s opponents at the end of next season, reports this week claim it will be Andrea Pirlo’s final game for the Serie A kings, with the iconic playmaker heading for the MLS.

The Catalan outfit enter the affair as the favourites but you can never rule out a rabble of Italians in a cup final. So why not have a little flutter? European football betting always produces some fantastic odds.

Kick off is at 7:45 on Saturday evening – and our big-brother site Football Fancast will be running a LIVE BLOGĀ in conjunction with William Hill. Keep your eyes peeled for further details.
