The Oscar-Ramires-Pogba switcheroo

According to reports from Mirror Football this morning, in-demand Juventus star Paul Pogba is set to snub interest from Premier League clubs in favour of joining Spanish giants Barcelona.

The former Manchester United youngster has emerged as one of the most complete central midfielders in world football since swapping Old Trafford for the Old Lady in summer 2012, boasting an eclectic mix of beastly brawn, technical trickery and netting prowess.

In that time he’s lifted three consecutive Serie A titles with the Turin outfit, claimed the 2013 Golden Boy award and now faces Barcelona – his potential next club – in Saturday’s Champions League final.

As This Is Futbol revealed last month, no less than seven top European sides are believed to be chasing the 22 year-old, including Chelsea and Manchester United.

But according to reports from Mirror Football, the £70million-rated midfielder is set to snub his suitors from the Premier League and yonder by agreeing to join the Nou Camp outfit.

They’re currently under a transfer embargo until January 2016, but the France international is prepared to stay at Juventus until next summer.

It follows quotes from Pogba earlier this week claiming he’s more than happy in Turin.
