Insider ExWHUemployee has revealed that West Ham United may have an interest in signing Justin Kluivert this summer.

As things stand, the Hammers are clearly looking to improve their attack – with young striker Armando Broja viewed as the club’s main priority.

However, they may well be looking to improve the frontline in other ways as well, and Kluivert’s name has now popped up as a potential option to provide depth on the wing next season in the Premier League.

Indeed, while speaking on The West Ham Way podcast, Ex said that the Roma man is someone the club are looking at amid past interest in the player.

He explained: “Kluivert – the son of the Dutch legend, Patrick – is also someone that we’re looking at, and someone that we’ve also looked at previously, too.”

TIF Thoughts on Justin Kluivert and West Ham…

Justin’s father Patrick explained when his son joined Roma ahead of a potential move to Manchester United back in 2018 that he wasn’t quite ready to make the ‘leap’ to the Premier League.

However, a few years have now passed, of course, and perhaps a switch to West Ham could now be suitable for the player. Judging from Ex’s comments, it certainly seems like a possibility.

The 23-year-old, who is said to play ‘like Neymar’ (as per GOAL, via Football Insider) spent last season out on loan with OGC Nice, where he scored six goals and provided six assists in all competitions, so this may have been enough to tempt David Moyes and co into taking a punt on the winger.
