Speaking on the Gold & Guest Talk Tottenham podcast, Alasdair Gold revealed that he wouldn’t be surprised if Spurs’ summer business wasn’t over just yet.

This comes following the recent arrival of Everton forward Richarlison. The Brazilian signed for a reported fee of £60m, and in the process joined Yves Bissouma, Ivan Perisic and Fraser Forster on the list of summer arrivals at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The north London club may not be done with additions, either, with Gold stating that he ‘wouldn’t be shocked’ by further attacking additions. The Football.london journalist said: “I wouldn’t be shocked if there might be another addition in that kind of department in the attacking areas as well.”

Antonio Conte is clearly keen to add depth to his Spurs squad, who will be aiming to compete on all fronts next season. Back in the Champions League, they may just cause a few upsets; they’ve certainly had a promising enough window so far to do just that.

TIF Thoughts on Tottenham Hotspur’s Transfer Window…

There is no doubting the fact that Spurs have had a solid summer transfer window so far. Conte is looking to address any and every problem within his squad. Their attack lacked depth. So, in came Richarlison. Their midfield lacked a high-energy disruptor of play. So, in came Bissouma. They needed experience, in came Perisic; a back-up goalkeeper, in came Forster.

They are building a squad to keep an eye on; one potentially capable of ending the cursed trophy drought at the club. Under a manager of Conte’s calibre, too, the north London club may just reach new heights come next season.

Is Gold for real? There’s a man on Mars who knows that Tottenham will be making more signing. Why, why , why are you making an article out of this. You must know by now that Gold knows nothing that we don’t know already and yet you continue to write these utterly pointless blogs. What next? Gold says ‘I wouldn’t be surprised if Tottenham picked a goalkeeper and 10 outfield players next season’.
