Tottenham Hotspur fans will be delighted with the footage coming out of Hotspur Way, which sees Cristian Romero and new signing Richarlison embrace for the first time.
The Brazilian recently made the move for a fee said to be £60 million, and joins four other players to have moved to the North London club this summer.
Antonio Conte’s rebuild certainly seems like it is going to plan. And, with the added depth that the arrivals will bring, the Italian will hope to oversee a side capable of pulling off some shocks next season.
Richarlison, in particular, should solve a key problem, providing an adequate backup for star striker Harry Kane. On far too many occasions, Spurs have been forced to rely on Kane to feature almost every game due to their lack of quality from the bench. With Richarlison, however, they’ll be hoping to have a good enough option to be able to rest Kane when necessary.
Spurs fans will be pleased to see that Richarlison is getting on well with his new teammates, Romero in particular, as seen in the video posted on the club’s official Twitter account, which you can see here.

The video comes following the altercations between Richarlison and Romero last season, which has been doing the rounds on social media since the Brazilian joined Spurs. In the video, the rest of the Spurs players can be heard ironically cheering as the two embraces.
Spurs are now set to head off to South Korea for the start of their pre-season friendlies and we think fans will be delighted to see the players in such high spirits ahead of their travels.
From rivals to teammates, the duo will certainly be hoping to enjoy plenty of success together.
