Newcastle United fans will love to see what Jamie Reuben has just said after Gabriel Agbonlahor’s latest comments about the club.
Gabriel Agbonlahor has had a lot to say about Newcastle on TalkSport this year, perhaps most notably about their transfer business, as he claimed players would rather play for Brentford – who the Magpies just beat at the weekend and are now above in the league table – than Newcastle.

However, this time around, he was annoyed about Kieran Trippier travelling to the club’s match last Saturday despite being injured, as he spoke to Football Insider about how the full-back was just doing it for the cameras.
Reuben, co-owner of Newcastle, is seemingly sick and tired of Agbonlahor’s comments, calling him ‘agbonlaBORE’ on Twitter:

This is the sort of fan engagement and ability to read the room that will earn people like Reuben a lot of love and time on Tyneside, even if things turn for the worse at some point in the future.
It’s clear that Agbonlahor is not a favoured person on Tyneside, with current Magpies man Matt Targett telling the pundit on TalkSport that not many fans would be happy to see him in Newcastle, and it’s clear to see why if he’s coming out with comments such as the ones about Trippier.
