Leeds United are in a perilous position in the league, finding themselves well and truly in a relegation scrap with a must win game against Norwich just around the corner.

The full squad has been receiving plenty of heavy criticism lately, even their star man Raphinha. The Brazilian was slammed by Ian Wright on Match of the Day last week, with the legendary striker ‘very disappointed’ with him.

Jesse Marsch has come into the club, replacing Marcelo Bielsa, with fortunes yet to change. Leeds haven’t won a game since mid-January and are now just one point above the drop. They’re 16th but the two sides below them have games in hand, so the clash with Norwich is a must win.

Raphinha took to Instagram prior to the game to make sure the fans know he and the squad are remaining positive. His message was simple, ‘positivity always’ were the two words he used.

Raphinha has been a key player for Leeds, but his form is falling away slightly. He has managed just the one goal in his last 10 Premier League outings, so you can see why Wright isn’t happy. His drop off in form couples with Leeds’ drop off in results, losing their last six league games in a row.

Which comedian supports the Whites?

If Leeds fail to win against bottom club Norwich, it will be a worrying sign for Marsch who is facing an uphill battle as it is. As mentioned before, Leeds’ situation is much worse than at face value as their rivals are biting at their heels and have games in hand over the Whites.
