Many Leeds United fans were delighted with Marcelo Bielsa’s team news as he named Joe Gelhardt in his starting line-up for the fixture with Arsenal at Elland Road this evening.
Bielsa also named Robin Koch in the side for the first time since the opening day of the season as he makes his return from injury.
Some Leeds fans may have been worried heading into the game given the state of the injury list, but considering Koch’s return and Gelhardt’s fine recent form, there were plenty who seemed quite pleased with the team that Bielsa has named for tonight.

It’s going to be a tough evening ahead for Leeds, who are operating on a depleted squad after injuries ravaged the side.
Bielsa’s side are really struggling in the league this season, sitting 16th at the moment and only five points clear of Burnley, who are in the relegation zone as things stand.
In contrast, Arsenal are flying after a slow start. They are fourth in the table, occupying the last Champions League place, setting up an intriguing encounter this evening.
The signs look a tad ominous for Leeds, but there is still some optimism from a section of supporters, not least with the inclusions of Koch and Gelhardt.
