Derby County fans have been reacting to the performance of Craig Forsyth in their game in the Championship.
Wayne Rooney’s men came into the game on a terrible run of form, not winning a game in the whole month of October including a run of four straight draws, but given the predicament that they find themselves in with their points deduction, they need to start turning those draws into wins if they are to have any chance of staying in the division.
One player who didn’t exactly give them a fighting chance on the night was defender Forsyth.
The 32-year-old played a part in the hosts’ opening goal of the night, failing to cut out a pass that allowed Victor Adeboyejo to finish. For his part in that goal, as well as his overall performance before he was hauled off at half time, he was the subject of plenty of criticism from the fans on social media:
“Forsyth has to do better there, he’s had a bad 1st half”
Will Derby avoid the drop?
Yes
No
Given Derby’s perilous position in the table, hopefully his performances can pick up a little bit between now and the end of the season, otherwise, the Rams could end up in big trouble.
